RIDER REQUIREMENTS

WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

All zip line participants must weigh between 50 lbs. – 250 lbs.

Unfortunately no, we will operate only within our posted safety policies. We cannot and will not make exceptions to this policy for safety reasons.

Each zip line guest must weigh between 50 lbs. – 250 lbs. Participants will be required to step onto a PASS/FAIL device that will verify their weight. It will only inform us of a “PASS” or “FAIL”. For safety reasons, if a guest does not meet the weight requirement, the guest will not be permitted to zip line. Prior to booking your tour, please verify that everyone in your group weighs between 50 and 250 pounds. Unfortunately, we cannot and will not make exceptions.

ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS

We require close-toed shoes in order to zip line.  No Chacos/Crocs or 5 Fingers Shoes will be permitted on the course.

Braids and high buns unfortunately don’t always work under helmets (yeah we’re bummed too) so be sure to rock a low hairstyle or be sure your bun can be lowered beneath the helmet line.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All zip line participants must weigh between 50 lbs. – 250 lbs.

Unfortunately no, we will operate only within our posted safety policies. We cannot and will not make exceptions to this policy for safety reasons.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

No, if you are pregnant you will not be allowed to Zip Line.

Ziplining is actually really easy and doesn’t require any special strength. Most people have no problems participating; we have little kids all the way up to 90 year olds. We do recommend being able to stand for 2.5 hours, able to lift your knees to your waist, and able walk up several flights of stairs.
  1. Participants must be in moderate to good health and be able to; walk a half-mile, get down from a ladder, climb stairs, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand for moderate lengths of time.
  2. No persons shall be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or use tobacco products, including e-cigarettes at any time during the tour.
  3. Participants shall not have any major heart conditions that may require immediate medical attention.
  4.  Participants that are pregnant cannot participate.
  5. Participants shall not have ongoing or recent injuries that prohibit regular recreational activity.
  6. Participants with epilepsy or seizure disorders unfortunately cannot participate.
