That’s a great question! Our weather policy is as follows: We will operate in rain, but not thunder and/or lightning. If we hear thunder or see lightning, we will come down from the platforms and delay the tour 30 minutes. If we hear it again, the clock restarts.
If WE cancel your tour due to poor weather conditions, you can choose to reschedule immediately for another day, receive a store credit to reschedule at a later date or receive a refund. If your tour has already started and is forced to cancel due to weather, we will refund the portions of the course you have not yet completed. If you are looking at a weather forecast and don’t want to risk it, you can call and reschedule your tour for another time at no charge. Each zip line guest must weigh between 50 lbs. – 250 lbs. Participants will be required to step onto a PASS/FAIL device that will verify their weight. It will only inform us of a “PASS” or “FAIL”. For safety reasons, if a guest does not meet the weight requirement, the guest will not be permitted to zip line. Prior to booking your tour, please verify that everyone in your group weighs between 50 and 250 pounds. Unfortunately, we cannot and will not make exceptions.

Tipping your guides is voluntary and up to your discretion, but it is common industry practice to leave a tip for your guides. If they have provided you with the experience that you were hoping for, it is normal for a guide to receive a 10-15% tip per person. You will have the opportunity to tip the staff at the end of the tour. All tips are shared between tour guides.

It is nature and we are soaring over their home, so yes! We could definitely see some insects and animals. Our guides are very educated on the flora and fauna in the area and have a lot of cool stuff to share. We also encourage guests to be cautious, watch their step and we always do our best to protect our guests!
