That’s a great question! Our weather policy is as follows: We will operate in rain, but not thunder and/or lightning. If we hear thunder or see lightning, we will come down from the platforms and delay the tour 30 minutes. If we hear it again, the clock restarts.

If WE cancel your tour due to poor weather conditions, you can choose to reschedule immediately for another day, receive a store credit to reschedule at a later date or receive a refund. If your tour has already started and is forced to cancel due to weather, we will refund the portions of the course you have not yet completed. If you are looking at a weather forecast and don’t want to risk it, you can call and reschedule your tour for another time at no charge. If you have any additional questions you can find more information at this link:

Tipping your guides is voluntary and up to your discretion, but it is common industry practice to leave a tip for your guides. If they have provided you with the experience that you were hoping for, it is normal for a guide to receive a 10-15% tip per person. You will have the opportunity to tip the staff at the end of the tour. All tips are shared between tour guides.
