Our zip line tours operate rain or shine. All cancellations due to weather will be the decision of the Zip Lost Pines staff, and are generally caused by thunderstorms, heavy rains, or high winds. If this happens we will do our best to contact you before and reschedule or provide credit for another day and time. If you are unable to attend another time a full refund will be given.
Zip Lost Pines strives to provide a quality experience zipping through the Lost Pines. All guides and staff are scheduled according to bookings made in advance. We understand things happen. If you need to cancel last minute, we require 48 hours’ notice. This will provide you with the opportunity to move your reservation to a different time and date. Guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel without proper notice (email or phone call) will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made before 48 hours of your scheduled event will receive a full refund. A credit card is required to book a tour and full-payment is made at that time. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your tour time in order to sign waivers and get checked in. Due to the nature of a reservation business, we cannot accommodate late arrivals and your tour will have to leave without you if you are not here on time. No refunds will be provided. If you know you will be late please call 512-761-2323 to let us know.
MINOR POLICY Children under age 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
